1 1/2 beef

1 large onion

1 garlic clove

1/2 cup beef stock

2 eggs

3 tablespoons oil

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

2/3 cup oatmeal

1 pinch cayenne

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1 pinch nutmeg

salt and pepper oil for pan

Process beef,onion,garlic,herbs and spices. Transfer to a bowl. Add rest of ingredients and mix to combine. Oil a loafpan and place mixture. Bake in preheated 450 oven 15 mins. Turn down heat,continue baking another 35 mins. May be done in the microwave too.
